Our Commitment to You

We want you to love your Hearts Studio piece. Each purchase supports our mission to fund epilepsy research and family support, but we understand that sometimes items don't meet expectations.

Returns

• Timeframe: 14 days from delivery date

• Condition: Items must be in original condition with all packaging

• Process: Contact us over email to initiate a return

• Return Shipping: Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless item arrived damaged

Custom & Personalized Items

Due to their unique nature, custom commissions and personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. Since all purchases are tax-deductible donations to our nonprofit mission, please consult your tax advisor about any implications.
